Program #6 Soccer Camp:

Summer Camp

Month of July:

July th to July from 9 AM to 12:00 Noon

Month of August: Aug th to  Holmdel from Monday to Friday.

Camp hours are 9 AM to 12 Noon, from Monday to Friday.

Starters Ages 4, 5 & 6  each week: This program is designed to develop the tots from the foundation of ball feeling and ball control. Also, it gears towards teaching the foundations of the game,

Juniors ages 7, 8 & 9, Individual skills are sharpened with ball feeling, ball skills, foot work, ball control, Campers will work on soccer fundamentals and basic strategies of the game will be introduced like decision making, give & go, small sided & fun games, one vs one: moves to get past your opponent

Competitive ages 10 to 11 & Advanced ages 12 & up: New this year Triangle passes with Tactical analysis on how to play the game. New World cup game that will teach players learn the principles of Attack & Defense, lots of small, sided games.

Summer Player Development
  • Training Developmental Player is a life-long process that is fundamentally tied to Player Development. We must understand Players, Teaching Methods, Learning Styles, Psychology & Parental involvement in Youth Sport.
  • True Player Development occurs when each Player’s daily training or playing
    the environment is of the highest quality.
  • Saturday Clinic All Year Round

  • A project player development is a program we put together to develop players & help them achieve their goals. The program is built to work with the players Motor Skill & try to unlock the key factor to build the 4 components of soccer.
    1. Fitness, 2. Skills, 3. Tactic, 4. IQ Intelligence. The #1 component is Fitness.
    This program is designed to help players learn how to build passing, shooting, vision & dribbling skills. We’ll add our ABC ball feeling skills & will work with progression with our 1,2,3 techniques of soccer for dribbling.

    • We’ll concentrate our player development & work on the Principles of Attack & Defense to achieve our goals. The biggest issues with the players today are:
    • 1 Defending well.
    1. Attacking well
    • The Five Principles of Attack will help players work on Penetration, Depth/ Support, Mobility, Width & Creativity/ Improvisation
    • The Five Principles of Defense will help players work on Delay, Depth/ Cover, Balance, Concentration & Composure/ Discipline
    • Program starts Saturday April to December but runs Month to Month for from 9:00 AM to 011:00 AM

Program #1 SPRING Training

Training:  April to June 27th for player development, players will learn: Ball skills, footwork, ball control, passing, moving, short passes, give & go, Small sided games

Developing passing, dribbling skills

From Saturday November 30th to Saturday December 21st for 4 weeks of player Development.
This program is designed to help players learn how to build passing, shooting, vision & dribbling skills. We’ll add our ABC ball feeling skills & will work with progression with our 1,2,3 techniques of soccer for dribbling & emphasize a lot.

Program #5 Combo Mon & Wed for 8 Weeks

Program #5 Combo Mon & Wed   8 Weeks

A unique program designed to help the players achieve their goals by training 2 hours per day, on Mondays & Wednesdays from 6 PM to 8 PM. Starting Wednesday July 2nd to Wednesday August 20th for 8 weeks of Wednesdays & 7 weeks of Mondays.

Players will work on: Running with the ball, ball speed, ball skills, footwork, ball control, dribbling, shooting, passing, moving, give & go’s, individual play, heading, chest, volleys, triangle passing, screening the field to see open spaces, small-sided games & vision described on Program # 2.

Time: 6:00 to 8:00 PM

Program #4 Goalies 8 Weeks

Summer Goalkeeper Training: Mondays & Wednesdays, starting July & August for 8 weeks, (8 Monday & 8 Wednesday)

This program is designed to work with the goalkeepers on the foundation of ball feeling and ball handling, dive & catch, reaction & save, footwork, distribution, and movement.

Time: 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Program #3 Wednesdays only 8 Weeks

Vision Training:   Wednesdays July to August for 8 weeks. This program is designed to help the players develop their vision & focus on the individual skills needed to reach their highest playing abilities.

  • Eye Tracking: learning to keep your eye on the ball
  • Peripheral Awareness: the ability to see things out of the corner of your eye
  • Dynamic Visual Acuity: learning to see objects clearly while they’re in motion
  • Focusing: changing focus from one object to another quickly and clearly
  • Hand-eye and Body-eye Coordination: being able to use your eyes to direct the movements of feet, body, and other specific limbs.
  • Depth Perception: quickly and accurately judging the distance and speed of something
  • Reaction Time: the rate at which you can perceive a visual event and react to stimulus
  • Contrast Sensitivity: the ability to distinguish between an object and the background
  • Balance: ability to stay upright and in control of body movement
