Youth soccer league for Spring

Soccer Player Development & MOMCSL are bringing a youth league & build a future Rec Soccer league.

We’ll be adopting the Modern Method of soccer by using the format of 4v4, 5v5, 6v6 & 7v7.
This Youth league will be training 3 days a week & will use the developmental method to achieve players
& parent’s goals. We’ll focus on the 4 components of soccer & build quality players:

1. Physical Fitness Conditioning
2. Technical Skills Footwork, ball control, dribbling, ABC skills, 1,2, 3 skills, etc…
3. Tactic Small-sided games, positioning, defending, attacking
4. IQ Understanding the games, vision, awareness

Games will be on Saturdays & training on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Our method of training is to build skills, tactic, IQ & Fitness
Monday Skills training
Tuesday tactic,
Wednesday physical fitness, goalkeeping, shooting
Uniforms are included with the registration
