 Project Players Development  

A project player development is a  unique program we put together to develop players & help them achieve their goals. The is an all year program for players to work on all the 4 components on soccer. We’ll concentrate on the principles of play to achieve player development.

  1. Defending, 2. Attacking

We’ll build The Five Principles of Attack & help players work on Penetration, Depth/ Support, Mobility, Width & Creativity/ Improvisation

Also, we’ll build The Five Principles of Defense & help players work on Delay, Depth/ Cover, Balance, Concentration & Composure/ Discipline, and patience.

Fall & Winter Player Development

FALL PLAYER DEVELOPMENT 2023

           Fall Player Development, morning program.

  Developing passing & shooting skills

Saturday morning program from 9:00 to 10:30 AM, starting September 17th to October 28th for 6 weeks of player Development.

This program is designed to help players learn how to build their passing & shooting & dribbling skills.

  1. Passing: passing the ball with the inside of the foot
  2. Passing: passing the ball with the outside of the foot, ,
  3. Passing passes, long passes, and short passes
  4. Diamond & Triangle: Creating Space, Exploding space.
  5. Shooting: shooting with the instep drive
  6. Shooting: scooping shot with the step of the foot
  7. Dribbling Skills: : Running with the ball, Ball skills, footwork, ball control. Dribbling,

We’ll build players with our ABC ball feeling skills & will work with progression with our 1,2,3 techniques of soccer for dribbling to emphasize a lot

Time: 9:00 to 10:30 AM

                         WINTER LEAGUE

                  

Winter 5v5, Futsal league 

This Winter we’ll be at The Pillars School, 34 Charles St South River playing 5v5 league, 6 plus goalie on Fridats & Saturdays starting January 5th and January 7th & end on March 8th and 9th,

Teams are guaranteed 10 games including playoffs

Games are between   5 PM 10 PM on Fridays &

8 AM & 8 PM on Saturdays

50 minutes game or two 25 minutes halves

Teams can register for 10 weeks league game.

WINTER 2024 5v5, 6v6 League

  5v5, 6v6 Winter League: At  the Pillars in South River, 34 Charlrs St It’s 4 players plus goalie. Games are on Fridays or Saturdays starting January 5th & 6th for 10 weeks  

Teams are guarantee 10 games including playoffs

Games are between 8 AM & 7 PM on Fridays & 8 AM to 8 PM Saturdays.

Team Registration is $800.00 plus $25.00 ref fee each games or $250.00 referee fees paid in full or

Multiple team discount available for $700.00 per team paid by Decrmber 5th, space is limited register early.

PS: If any team needs to play with player passes, please request it to advise other teams.

Program #10 High School Training

Program #10 High School Training – 5 weeks of intense training, for serious players on Friday only July 7th to August 4th from 6:30 to 8:00 PM

Conditioning: work on jogging to build conditioning, endurance with push up, sit up & crunches to maximize strength.

Progressive Training: Foot speed, leg speed, running technique, burst of speed, first step quickness, acceleration, change of direction, quick reaction, coordination, agility, and balance- all without the ball

The ball will be then added to create innovative training with match – like activities that are easily introduced into the practice sessions for individual players and groups

Skill Training: Ball feeling, ball control, footwork, ball skill, decision making, move to beat & get past your opponent, how to make a successful tackle and how to create & convert goal scoring chances

Goalkeeping: Dive & catch, quick reaction, positioning, ball feeling, Punting, goal kicks

IQ in soccer: Meaning intelligence, develop & build quality which allow a player to recognize and adapt to situations on the soccer pitch quickly and to work on small-sided games to allow high-pressure.

Program #6 Soccer Camp: Sayreville Complex & Holmdel Cross Farms

Month of July:

July 10th to July 14 Sayreville from 5 to 8:00

July 17th to July 21 Sayreville from 5 to 8:00

Month of August: Aug 22nd to 26th Holmdel from Monday to Friday.

Camp hours are 9 AM to 12 Noon, from Monday to Friday.

Starters Ages 4, 5 & 6  $125.00 each week: This program is designed to develop the tots from the foundation of ball feeling and ball control. Also, it gears towards teaching the foundations of the game,

Juniors ages 7, 8 & 9,  $135.00 per week: Individual skills are sharpened with ball feeling, ball skills, foot work, ball control, Campers will work on soccer fundamentals and basic strategies of the game will be introduced like decision making, give & go, small sided & fun games, one vs one: moves to get past your opponent

Competitive ages 10 to 11 & Advanced ages 12 & up:  $150.00 per week: New this year Triangle passes with Tactical analysis on how to play the game. New World cup game that will teach players learn the principles of Attack & Defense, lots of small, sided games.

Program #5 Combo Mon & Wed for 8 Weeks

A unique program designed to help the players achieve their goals by training 2 hours per day, on Mondays & Wednesdays from 6 PM to 8 Pm. Starting Monday July 3rd to Wednesday August 23rd for 8 weeks of Mondays & 8 weeks. Wednesdays.

Players will work on: Running with the ball, ball speed, ball skills, footwork, ball control, dribbling, shooting, passing, moving, give & go’s, individual play, heading, chest, volleys, triangle passing, screening the field to see open spaces, small-sided games & vision described on Program # 2.

Time: 6:00 to 8:00

Price: $450.00

Program #4 Goalies 8 Weeks

Goalkeeper Training: Mondays & Wednesdays, starting July 3rd to August 2rd for 8 weeks, (8 Monday & 8 Wednesday)

This program is designed to work with the goalkeepers on the foundation of ball feeling and ball handling, dive & catch, reaction & save, footwork, distribution, and movement.

Time: 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Price: $450.00

Program #3 Wednesdays only 8 Weeks

Vision Training:   Wednesdays July 5th to August 23rd for 8 weeks. This program is designed to help the players develop their vision & focus on the individual skills needed to reach their highest playing abilities.

  • Eye Tracking: learning to keep your eye on the ball
  • Peripheral Awareness: the ability to see things out of the corner of your eye
  • Dynamic Visual Acuity: learning to see objects clearly while they’re in motion
  • Focusing: changing focus from one object to another quickly and clearly
  • Hand-eye and Body-eye Coordination: being able to use your eyes to direct the movements of feet, body, and other specific limbs.
  • Depth Perception: quickly and accurately judging the distance and speed of something
  • Reaction Time: the rate at which you can perceive a visual event and react to stimulus
  • Contrast Sensitivity: the ability to distinguish between an object and the background
  • Balance: ability to stay upright and in control of body movement
